ELMA – Hospitality experts Dale Blosser and Bill “The Restaurant Doctor” Marvin will offer a full-day training seminar targeted for restaurant, hotel and tourism team leaders in the hospitality industry in Grays Harbor County.
“Grays Harbor is a great destination for tourists and we all can learn how to improve our service offerings to make visitors enjoy their time here,” said Mike Bruner, manager of Grays Harbor Tourism. “Everyone who serves the public should consider attending this useful seminar.”
Featured speaker, Dale Blosser, has delivered his 5-star training program to thousands of hotels and restaurants around the country. He shows the difference between service and hospitality and how each affects the bottom line of any business.
Bill Marvin, co-presenter, is an industry consultant as well as a prolific author and thought-provoking speaker. He shows how to create a high-performance team that will connect with guests and others. His presentation demonstrates what business people should be doing right now and how to “get their service act together.”
The hospitality seminar is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 28, at the D&R Theatre Event Center at 205 South I St., in downtown Aberdeen. Cost is $150 per person or $125 for groups of three or more.
