Rare July weekend availability at 2 of our cabins this weekend! July is the warmest month in Ely and the lakes are prime swimming temp! Try out the famous Bass Lake Trail hike and swim in the waterfall pools!

This is also the very last weekend we will be hosting guests at before we sell the cabin.

When we launched this cabin in 2020 and saw the reaction from guests, we knew we had unlocked something special: our ability to create a unique space and turn it into an experience (more than just a place to sleep)

This cabin:

40 acres, solar powered, up to 6 humans, max of 2 dogs, a mix of rustic/boho/modern, authentic log cabin

When you book direct, not only do you save money, but the host also saves money. Airbnb bookings add an extra 17% in fees for the guest and take away 3-10% from the host payout.

❓But how do you know if a host accepts direct bookings?
➡️ if a host is advertising on Instagram, they most likely accept direct booking and the link in their bio should take you to their direct booking website

❓ how do I know if the place is legit?
➡️ in our case, you can read hundreds of five star reviews on Google maps

❓ what if I need to cancel my trip?
➡️ make sure to look at the cancellation policy before you book and just email the hosts to cancel just like you would with a hotel. If you think you might need to cancel past your cancellation policy, opt into travel insurance, which is always good practice (even if you book on Airbnb)
