After almost 3 years, Gabs is finding it hard to find unique dishes for dinner. But she had a home run today when she made Koenigsberger Klopse. Loosely translated, German meatballs in caper sauce. Served over a bed of jasmine rice. It was phenomenal, and I did not feel bad having to give her a full cup of one of my best white wines to make the dish! 👏👌🍷
