We have a few available dates to fill in July at our home in Emerald Isle. 3 bed/2bath home sleeps 9 with 2 queens, 3 twins, and apull out queen sleeper sofa Basement with air hockey, ping pong table, and corn hole boards. Large shaded deck with a grill and a front yard swing. It's close walking distance to the beach or sound with a public boat launch at the end of the street. Bring a kayak or paddle boards and enjoy the sound with access on both ends of the block. We're located in the middle of the island with far less crowding for a more enjoyable beach experience. Happy to do direct booking for $300/night plus tax. cleaning and linens included.

2024 rates for direct booking:
January-May 23: 175 a night, 3 night minimum stay
May 24-31: 215 a night, 3 night minimum.
June1-August2: 2300 per week. (will consider partial week rentals, message to inquire)
August 3- September 2: 240 per night, 3 night minimum.

Sleeps max of 9 people, 2 queens, three twins, and a pull out queen sleeper sofa. .25 mile walk to the beach access and .1 miles to free boat ramp located at 13th street. enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower located under front porch, fish cleaning station/cold only shower under back deck. Grill provided on expansive back shady deck under the live oaks.
