At MT Sobek, we’re not just exploring Kilimanjaro, but we’re actively helping protect it. Last weekend, our local team joined the Kilimanjaro Trash Clean Up and collected an incredible 110 pounds of waste off the mountain!

Five team members, five days, one shared mission: keeping this iconic landscape wild, clean, and beautiful. Proud moment for the crew 💚

Did you know that the Kumano Kodo and the Camino de Santiago are sister pilgrimage routes? While one is on the western coast of Japan's Kii Peninsula and the other in northern Spain, both were developed as a way for people to move through sacred areas and have been sister routes for over 20 years—in mutual recognition of their spiritual values.

It is also possible to become a dual pilgrim by undertaking both journeys!
