As a Travel agent I come across some companies that are just horrible.
I do not recommend Payless or Avis car rental.

I had a client have a horrible experience from 3 hours in line to get car. Car breaking down and needing to get a tow truck and a replacement vehicle. Then the car company tried to scam them by saying they did not return the vehicle.
Then when I contacted Customer service they were horrible and even tho we had pics of car return lied about it,

Because I care about my customers experiences, I will NEVER use those car rental companies again
