New friends made, great times. Started off looking for the epic day... got humbled... until the last spot. Those last 2 miles paid off huge. 6 person limit of ARS, 7 red groupers, 3 massive porgy, lanes, triggerfish, and 2 Bonita.

3 hour charter for the hernandez family. We finally found some dolphins that wanted to put on a show, and they didn't dissappoint. Even a mid sized baby was tagging along and playing in the wake.

Then we stopped at boca grande sandbar and swam for a bit and looked for wildlife.

Made up 2 deep drop rigs. Getting ready to see what kind of fish we can pull up from 500 to 1200 ft.

300lb mono main line and fingers... 8/0 bkk circle hooks. Glow beads. Hopefully she holds. Will find out in November

New addition to the boat...... Radar for seeing pop up storms faster and avoiding hazards in low visibility cinditions. Looking forward to getting out and learning it and putting it to use.

Quick little 6 hour trip. Got enough for a good dinner, as they leave back home tomorrow. We threw back so many fish today. We just kept a good little mixed bag.

Great American Red snapper trip in the books. Limit, with a bonus Mahi and Scamp grouper and some Red Groupers.

Had 3 sharks swimming on the surface that came close to the boat.... and they had a 6 foot wahoo with them. Tried to get him to eat, but just wouldn't touch anything but the dead bait we threw at him to keep him around. Going to have to keep a wire rigged and ready in case they show up again next time out. Great day, flat seas.

Returning customers came back out for a cabbage key/sunset trip. Water is 91 degrees... and dolphins were active tonight.
