Achieving unparalleled success in the charter arena, Prime Jet owned and operated three Gulfstream IV-SP aircraft, maintaining the highest utilized fleet for seven consecutive years. Charter revenues consistently peaked to $12 Million per aircraft annually. Throughout this period of success, Prime Jet retained the highest safety rating an operator can hold, maintaining ARG/US Platinum and Wyvern Wingman status. In June of 2011, former owner Gordon Binder, sold the company to members of the original Prime Jet Senior Management Team, including Cheryl Janke (current CEO and Director of Maintenance) and Elizabeth McGraw (current CFO). Jim Hawkes will continue to serve as Director of Operations.
