Had the ole 7 man/woman limit today. First time duck hunters, couple who have returned year after year. Blessed. Good job to my guides Corey Betik & Kelton Starnes. I can't do it without yall, or the families we host! Bailey even got to work herself today!

Been feeding this buck since he had spots. Now, @ 3.5 years, following me everywhere I go on this ranch, I didn't expect him to disappear & go ghost mode like mature bucks do. Well, he came chasing me to say hello & beg for some food again after a 4 month hiatus! Though whitetail season has ended... I still have plenty of opportunities for your family to get outdoors, making lasting memories & filling the freezer. Duck numbers look very impressive again after the last two week heat snap as well. Today was a blast... A day I will never forget! I witnessed well over 75+ widgeon give a good fly by on our spread. One of our groups should have been out of the blind well before the gadwall slipped up with a pure blackjacklimit. Something I pray to all could witness. Shifting winds made hunting tough. Most of us had to re-decoy twice before the landing zone was flipped.
A 5 man barrel burner for Justin S. & his group. Corey B. decoying & guiding as well with a 3 man!
8 groups returned, 8 left with smiles again!

Next Sunday 12/17 (& beyond) JR7 will include all day dove hunting(during season) after your duck hunt, & catch & release fishing. Yes, the dove are beyond thick.

Still have a few deer left for harvest! Low & high fence hunts. Tons of pigs, elk, & buffalo ready for a freezer as well!
