We are proud to announce that we will be hosting a VERY special sail during next week’s Parade of Sails event. If you know anyone interested in seeing this magnificent spectacle up close and under sail, we will be sailing around the tall ships in the lake as they assemble for the Parade. Unequivocally six of the the best seats ever offered for this event.

TREC has a new event which explores the shipwrecks and lighthouses of Lake Erie.

Erie has a rich maritime history, thanks to its prime location on the Great Lakes. With that maritime legacy comes tragedy. The exhibit highlights the perils of Lake Erie, dozens of shipwrecks off the shores of Erie County, and the lighthouses serving as vital aids to navigation.

The exhibit is a collaboration of the Regional Science Consortium (RSC), Lake Erie Lights and the TREC Foundation. The evening will also include the premiere of the latest documentary from RSC - an incredible look beneath the waters of Lake Erie through the lenses of their dive team. Brought to you on the largest movie screen in our region, you'll feel immersed in the depths of Lake Erie for an up-close look at these relics beneath the water.

Event reservation fee includes exhibit, film, light fare and complimentary beer and wine. All proceeds benefit the nonprofit partners, Regional Science Consortium, Lake Erie Lights and the TREC Foundation.
