We’ve got some heartfelt news to share—and it’s a little bittersweet. After so many amazing years in our Old Town Erie office, The Fowler Group has officially said goodbye to that space. It’s been a place full of laughter, love, client stories, and real estate magic—but it’s time for our next chapter.

As many of you know, we recently made the move to The Agency—and we’re proud to say we’ll be launching The Agency right here in Erie. 🎉
If you haven’t heard of it yet, The Agency is a globally recognized, design-driven brokerage that’s changing the way real estate is done. It’s modern, innovative, and bold—and totally aligned with who we are and how we serve.

We’re a 3rd-generation family real estate business, and now us two sisters—Brie & Jillian—are continuing the legacy.

We’re currently on the hunt for a new Erie office space that feels like “us”—modern, welcoming, and full of good energy. Until then, you’ll find us working from our home offices, the Waypoint in Westerly, or our Boulder Agency location.
