Hey Y’all! We’ve got big news! We are changing the name of our shop! After ten years we’ve decided our old name just wasn’t right for us. So we are excited to begin anew this season as Blue Crow Gear & Gifts.
‘Blue Crow’ is the folk name for the Pinyon Jay, a year-round resident of the West and specifically Pinyon Juniper forests. We are inspired by what they symbolize: community care and stewardship of the land. Pinyon Jays are keystone species of these forests and have evolved an interdependent relationship with the Pinyon Pine. They are highly social and live in large communal flocks.
These ideals guide us in how we manage our business, and how we show up for our community and the lands we live in. Stop by and say hi! We can’t wait to see you!
