On Friday's Whiteaker Walking Tour, we were treated by a rare sight here in Oregon! Fisherman's Market had received 20 Alaskan King Crab the day before and our friend Julie was willing to pull one out for us to take a closer look. What fantastic, giant creatures they are! One crab sells for approximately $225!

Have you checked out our wine tour yet?!? First stop is Capitello Wines, where we have a delicious charcuterie pairing with their Oregon vs. New Zealand flight! We learned a lot about the differences in these wines and had a ton of fun doing it, and you can too! Currently booking wine tours on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Link in bio.

Viking Brewing's Southtowne Pub has the perfect dessert for fall: A moist and delicious carrot cake decorated with beautiful carrot twills! Partnered with one of their many beers or craft cocktails, it makes for a lovely evening out!

Akira 😍 I'm ashamed to admit how long it took for me to try this restaurant. Everything was outstanding! We tried the sea bass hand roll with radishes and a spicy chili oil, huitlacoche steam bun tacos, and the dan dan noodles with crispy duck ham. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Eugene!

We recently tried Lemon and Olive Cocktail Bar, brought to you by local favorite ! I had the Canary Sings, made with Japanese whiskey, melon, citrus, and St. Germaine, while my friend had the Hot Grill Summer, a lovely blend of bourbon, grilled peaches, hot honey, pastis, limoncello, and egg white! Both were delicious and we will certainly be back to try more of their seasonal offerings.

New brewery alert! Arable Brewing Co. opened this June on Conger St. in west Eugene. They are a small craft brewery producing seasonal beers. Pictured here are the kolsh, pale ale, Czech lager and IPA, all of which were delicious! Go check them out!
