Down in the morgue at America's Most Haunted Hotel, it feels like the medical examinations never stopped.

During a Midnight Investigation, guide The Conductor was sitting in the dark cooler using the Estes Method when he felt something repeatedly touching the back of his neck. Then a single word came through his headphones: "Metal."

The Conductor has a stainless-steel plate fused in his neck. There are no visible scars on the back of his neck to give the surgery away.

Tour Guide Tuesday: Jinx and the girl on the luggage cart.

Jinx finished telling her third floor story when she noticed a little girl hanging off a brass luggage cart, swinging her hips in a black dress with tiny pink flowers. Guests were snapping photos in that direction, so she assumed someone would catch the “creepy little girl” in a shot.

Down on the second floor, she joked, “Did anyone see that creepy little girl on the luggage cart?”

It was after 3am in Room 218 when the curtains started to move.

Guide Celeste Rose watched a mist take the shape of a man, walk toward her, then turn and move toward the guest sitting at the head of the bed, before the guest gasped and said exactly what Celeste was thinking: "You can see him too?"

Her instrument went off. Then he was gone.

Closing time in the Crescent Hotel morgue is when things get interesting for our guides.

For The Conductor, locking up after a tour has led to two separate shadow figure sightings. One was right outside the autopsy cooler, perfectly matching the height of Norman Baker. The other was caught moving across the wall near the Ghost Parlor when the hall was completely empty.
