Sauced BBQ in Eureka Springs is where smoked meat meets culinary craftsmanship. Located at 139 E. Van Buren, right off Highway 62 near Harts Grocery, this locally owned gem serves up mouthwatering barbecue crafted with chef-level precision and a deep love for traditional flavors. Founded by Chef Slane—an Oklahoma native and classically trained chef with a fine dining background—Sauced BBQ opened in July 2020 as a passion project alongside his wife, Autumn. After earning accolades in the Arkansas dining scene, including the 2017 People’s Choice Award, Chef Slane turned his talents toward the art of low-and-slow smoked meats. Using premium cuts and smoking them for hours over red oak and hickory in a custom Ole’ Hickory Smoker, Sauced BBQ delivers bold, tender, flavor-packed dishes that leave a lasting impression.

The restaurant itself is a labor of love—hand-built by Chef Slane just like his previous venture, the Grotto Wood-Fired Grill. Every detail, from the design to the menu, reflects his dedication to quality and comfort. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for last night’s Business After-Hours at Keel's Creek Winery!
