We wrapped up our fall season for Salmon and Steelhead on the Klamath and Trinity Rivers this weekend. It was average fishing this year. We had plenty of days when it was easy to catch fish and we had an equal amount of days when you had to use every trick in the book just to put a fish or two in the boat. I want to thank everyone who fished with me this year, your business is always appreciated.

So what’s up next? Well the drift will be put away for the next couple months so that I can pursue my other passion and that would be commercial crabbing. It’s going to be a busy winter so guiding will be put on the back burner for now. When I have time this winter I will be fishing for steelhead on our coastal rivers and anyone who is interested let me know and I’ll let you know when I’m available. Here’s a few pics from some of my recent trips.

We’re still getting them on the Klamath. It’s not a ton of action but enough to have a good day of fishing in a wonderful setting. Among catching a few salmon everyday we’ve been catching some nice Steelhead too!
