Good morning oyster lovers, it's Christmas come early (or a few days late if we are checking the calendar)! This week, buck a shuck will be tonight (Monday) instead of the usual Tuesday. So if you're looking for a vitamin boost before you head out on the town, swing by Humboldt Bay Provisions (205 G Street Eureka), grab a cider or beer and sit down for some of Humboldt Bay's finest oysters.
