This was cool … literally and figuratively. Homestead Heritage just outside of Waco, TX has several things/stores/restaurants and is just outside Waco. This is the Brazos Valley Cheese Cave - 18’ underground, 6K sq ft, 2K wheels of cheese able to be held in a climate controlled environment.

Airports have some neat art ... this one I am guessing is about 15-16' tall ... floor to ceiling, woven jute or something similar.

And here come the proverbial food photos! The food options on Explora I were excellent. A wide variety of options, and as usual on a cruise, something is available any time of the day around the ship. This is from Marble & Co., one of the restaurants available on the ship. Absolutely delicious. (See captions for descriptions). Do make a reservation - it’s a popular place!

From the morning through all sorts of shades of blue - gorgeous day at Jost Van D**e, BVI. This is primarily a beach and water activity kind of island (one of several islands making up the BVI).

A nice stop at Terre-de-Haut where there a bunch of iguanas, beautiful blue waters and gorgeous flowers. Today was a couple of hour clear kayak excursion. When waters are this clear you can just look down and see beautiful coral, a shipwreck they have, and a sea urchin nursery (there are a bunch of little ones there). And two hours on an ocean with plenty of wind gives you an arm and shoulder workout! Cute shoppes and very walkable. And very close to the cruise ship dock.
