Payton Fee and I are incredibly thankful that we had the opportunity to help the Evarts Tourism Commission and our neighbors celebrate our nation’s 250th birthday with a wonderful parade and an amazing fireworks show!

Events like these wouldn’t be possible without our outstanding Evarts Tourism Commission members, the many volunteers who give their time, and the one-of-a-kind community we are blessed to call home. Your support, participation, and community spirit are what make days like this so special.

We hope you enjoyed today’s festivities, had a great time with family and friends, and made memories that will last for years to come. Thank you for celebrating with us, and God bless Evarts, and God bless America!

Thank You, Evarts!

The Evarts Tourism Commission would like to thank everyone who participated in and attended our 2026 Fourth of July Parade! We had an amazing turnout, and the judges had a very difficult time selecting this year’s winners because of all the outstanding entries.

Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you for making this year’s parade such a great success!

Reminder: Our Fourth of July Fireworks Show will begin at approximately 9:15 PM. We hope to see everyone there!

Evarts Tourism will be hosting our annual 4th of July Parade and Fireworks show on Saturday July 4th! The parade line up will begin at 6:00 behind the former Evarts high school building. The parade will begin at 7:00!
The Fireworks show will begin at dark behind the South Evarts RV Park!

A portion of Kentucky 38 between the Evarts Post Office and Marathon will be closed from 8:00-ending of fireworks show to ensure the safety of our spectators! If you plan to park in those areas, please do so early and plan to stay until the show is over!!

Please plan and use the Kelly Street alternative route should an emergency arise!!!

Good morning! We are still having our Memorial Day Festival at Burl Fee Memorial park today from 12-6. We’ve got good BBQ, homemade products and trinkets!! Also the Evarts Tourism train is ready to go!!
