Our one year anniversary is coming up in just a few weeks! We didn’t know what to expect when we stepped into this adventure! We are located in the tiny town of Everett Pa …just a tiny dot on the globe 🌎! Why any one from the United States of America, north, south, east or west chooses to experience our little house along Historic Lincoln Highway is a mystery but those guests that are from around the world is an even bigger mystery! We’ve been fortunate to have guests from Canada, Turkey, Armenia, China, United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia (and a few others). Our first tip was a $10 SR from the Saudi Central Bank! ~ our guests that checked out today started out 3 days ago in Los Angeles California on their way to Philadelphia Pennsylvania…..as close to west to east coast as you can get, was such an amazing experience to provide a place for those guests to rest, relax and recharge for the day/night as they finish their trip today! ~ We are fast becoming known as the cute Abnb with the “awesome” coffee bar, a “large” family friendly respite, “fun adventurous” place for girls weekends, and a “great backyard” for sports of all sorts, a “peaceful” home for those who are on their final journey on this side of heaven 😢, a “home away from home” for those who leave their families for weeks at a time to provide services for business around our area and most important to us the house that the owners are described as having “high morals”, “friendly”, “helpful” “proactive” and “great to have met! And honestly we can say all those same things about every single guest we’ve had the pleasure to host over the past almost year! ~ Here’s to almost stepping into year number 2 and Lord willing many more years! Been a busy winter and thankfully this month we’ve gotten a breather to make more updates and changes to the Country Estate! We currently have listing at sleeps 8 but but we are looking at adding 2 possibly 4 more sleeping/bed/s to our listing. We are also adding a second 3/4 bathroom and a large family/game room, with a pool table or other adult size game tables and a kitchenette/drink station. ~ The pictures below are the new basement bedroom and like all our main floor bedrooms it is a themed room also….The Butterfly room, so we offer a queen bedroom (The Bear room), a full bedroom (Bird room) and full bedroom (The Bee room) and soon double twin bedroom (The Butterfly room).

Christmas 2024 was pretty awesome at Country Estate @ The Legacy ❤️🎄. We love that our guests like to leave a part of their family to be included in the legacy of our adventure! Sharing the estate with family and friends is always an honor! Laughter, love, friendship and joy is the experience that we want to share with our guests whether coming a few miles or thousands from home and someone we are familiar with or total strangers…the experience is for everyone! ~ Here’s to greater things to come in 2025, a huge thank you to all our guests over the past 5 months….thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making 2024 such a wonderful blessing! 2025 we are adding a couple changes….still able to sleep 8 (on the main level) but without the twin beds. ~ Soon we will be adding another bedroom that will sleep 2 plus another bathroom, bringing our sleeping total to 10. ~ We will also offer a family/game room along with a small kitchenette area and laundry facilities. ~ Loren Morral
