Day 3 of the Willow Spring Mercantile 2025 wine Tour was absolutely uplifting. Our first stop was at Peaceful Bend Winery. The wines are truly exceptional and the property is so serene, a perfect reflection of its name. Located just up the ridge from the Merrimack River, and a stone's throw from Steelville. A brief stop in Steelville before we arrived at Eagles Landing Winery. Eagles Landing is indeed a gem of a winery. It boasts a charming and welcoming tasting room and is conveniently located near St James. The wines are ALL outstanding. Then, back to Rolla for some well-deserved free time. Back on the train Saturday morning, and it's a wrap. People were already inquiring about our next destination for the following year. STAY TUNED!

Our second stop on Thursday was the incredible St James Winery. St James is the largest winery in Missouri, a true gem. We then had a four course wine dinner at Public House Brewing Company: St James, a truly unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens with bocce ball, corn hole, and table tennis before our fabulous meal. Thank you St. James Winery for exceeding our expectations!

Pics begin with our home away from home for a few days. Fairfield by Marriott in Rolla is really nice and a great place to establish our home base in the Ozark Highlands. Our fist stop of the day was at the fabulous Spencer Manor Winery just outside of St James.
