Busy day in the shop! Four knives rough ground, heat treated, and hand sanded to 220 grit. One to 320 grit. Making progress after a long hiatus! From right to left 52100, random pattern Damascus, L6 saw blade steel, and cable Damascus.

Finally time to box up these two and ship them off! Medium hunter and smolt neck knives, both have random pattern Damascus, birch Burl handles with copper pins. The medium hunter has a bronze guard, and the smolt has a kydex sheath with line cutter notch.

This little beauty is ready for engraving and a kydex sheath. Chainsaw chain san mai with a high carbon core, handle is a mystery hardwood I was given a while back but it is gorgeous with the copper pins. If anyone has any idea from the pictures please let me know.

Working on a nice friction folder. Rough cut, mock up and thinking about assembly. It will have a rosewood and white mastodon ivory handle, and the blade is forged from a track pin from a Hitachi shovel from my days at Ft. Knox.
