how i stay sane.

it’s how i get into my body and silence all the voices in my head and create something beautiful. in the process, a magical space is created–a space where time is suspended and love flows and bits of flour are swirled together into something more not just with my hands but with my mind…creating an atmosphere where everything functions perfectly. usually there is music and always there is warmth fr

om the oven and by the end not just something physically delicious is created but an entire environment of softness–a space that you can step into and immediately feel loved. it is this space more than anything that is what i want to share with the world.
