Groceries are adding up nicely some are on C&R mode, and not a boat in sight. Just the way I like it, taking tomorrow off for weather. Limited room Sunday.

It took a few years, but now we not only have the BEST dock location for Rhode Island Togging. Now we have BEST deal on lodging, you can WALK to your room from the boat, rinse your rods in the shower. Wash up, and walk to over 20 of the best dining and drinking establishments in Newport.

Northerly forecast will have them snapping, fully stocked with WHITE & GREEN CRABS, let's get the RI Tog season underway. Right now Friday & Saturday forecast is cockcola, hopefully it will change for the better. Trips will depart from Little Compton through SUNDAY. Our Newport slip should be available for Mondays trip.

Just finished and 11 hour workday full of maintenance and paperwork . Now I get to enjoy a five hour journey pick up a truckload of Green and White Crabs. We will have Green & White Crabs for October 15th "RI Tog Season" and beyond with our multiple crab sources.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY! All reservations MUST go through the office, or must hear from me directory that you are in the manifest with email confirmation. Texting me does not work like the old simpler days of one boat and a few reservations, when I have to make a last minute decision at 5 pm for a forecast change of SW @20-25 by noon . TWO longtime customers just showed up to a boat not sailing today and they are not local. They texted but were not on the manifest, of course I will take care of them with future trips but they still took time to drive to the boat, this is not your typical show up and hope to sail operation. My apologies to Cory & Frank and your next trip is on me.

The Tog will be snapping with this colder mornings. We are locked and stocked ready to bloody up the the decks.

Good to be back in the wheelhouse today, the weatherman dropped the ball and sent us some fresh easterly breeze. Overall it was a good day for those with the skill, boat rods (rental) did OK and caught some dinner, but the sharpies put together a nice catch. Some had Tog limits, and a few Seabass and others where flipped flopped. The Tog wanted to chew, it started off strong, but being a mixed bag trip, some wanted the soft bait. All around everyone went home with a few meals.

The crew missed the memo on taking pictures, but we had Tog up to 7 ish lbs, Seabass up to 4 lbs a few triggerfish in the mix and of course Scup for those whom targeted them..

Back at it tomorrow, we have room for a few more sailing at 7 am. TOG & Big Sea Bass are the PRIORITY!! Text 7747661228 to get on........

We gave it a few days for the water to clear up, and the 8 inches of rain to wash out to sea. We have been itching to get out there, but I refuse to go for a boat ride, I'd rather load the coolers up. Book online or call the office 508-748-3474
