When it comes to planning your vacation... you don’t need to be an expert.

Actuallyyy, I would probably argue that you shouldn’t be.

Why?

Because you don’t *have* to be.

You want to have great travel experiences, and truly enjoy your very valuable vacation time, right?

The fastest and easiest way to do that is to use the strengths of the people and the resources around you.

Your calendar will thank you.

​​Your bank account will thank you.

​​YOU will thank you.

Delegate what doesn't *require* your (and ONLY your) attention. Focus on doing the things in your life that are actually important!

Why spend a bunch of your precious time planning your trips when there is someone that can do it for you?!

"I know you wanted extra shrimp last night, so I brought you an extra plate!"

In January 2019, we took a cruise with some of our best friends. It was one of the best vacations we've taken for so many reasons. Our head waitress was one of those reasons.

It was Yulia's first cruise leading a team of servers. She was incredibly nervous.

Our first night, Hunter and Craig both ordered shrimp cocktail for their first dinner course.

When two grown, and very hungry, men receive a shrimp cocktail with 4 shrimp, you can't help but laugh a little.

Every night for the rest of the week, she brought them a plate FULL of shrimp as soon as she saw us sit down.

Every night that week, we talked and laughed with Yulia. We even got to meet her husband.

Hopefully, we helped ease her nerves a little. But I don't think she knew how much we loved our time with her!

It's people like this that make the crews of Royal Caribbean International so special.
