DIVERS, come join us from March 3-14, 2025 on a fabulous trip from Eastern Indonesia thru Southern Raja Ampat onboard the lovely MV Samambaia! More details on my Dive Travel Services page!

We’re doing a Kaimana (West Papua Indonesia “Triton Bay”) through to South Raja Ampat itinerary (including Misool with their black-tip shark nursery) to Sorong. I’m planning on adding some nights either pre/post to adjust to travel & time changes. Triton Bay offers macro, stunning reefs with amazing corals and huge schools of fish along with an area where whale sharks may be encountered. There’s a fishing bagan there where they may be seen feeding on bait fish being collected by the local fishermen.

Southern Raja Ampat (after we leave the Triton Bay Area) offers great manta sites, the biggest sea fans & soft corals I’ve ever seen, and huge schools of fish (big & small) plus amazing macro! The boat has cabins for 14 divers w/4 dive guides to give very personalized service. Nitrox is included.

There are 6 deluxe cabins suitable for couples or shared singles. There is also a gorgeous master cabin with a surcharge (and a private dive guide!). Rate is $6685/pp plus Harbor fees, park fees, and fuel surcharge which are payable onboard the boat. International airfare, domestic airfare, pre and/or post stays, mandatory trip insurance & dive evacuation insurance as well as crew gratuities are additional.

A $2,000 per person non-refundable** deposit will be required to confirm spaces. An additional interim deposit will be required in late August 2024 with final payment due mid-November 2024.
