Established in 1984 by Glenn and Linda Miller, Canyon Concrete, has grown tremendously and has become a very successful company in the
commercial and industrial market. We take pride in our work and that is why we have American Concrete Institute certified employees on our jobsites. Canyon Concrete is a proud member of Associated Builders and Contractors, American Society Concrete Contractors and

American Concrete Institute. Canyon Concrete has also been the general contractor on many large apartment complexes and Dollar General stores completing the jobs in record time with no hassle to the owners. Canyon Concrete is looking to add individuals to our concrete crew that are motivated & eager to learn commerical & industrial concrete construction! We are willing to train.

**COMPANY PAID BENEFITS:

**DUTIES AND TASK
*Get to work as directed & on time daily
*Follow instructions
*Move materials as directed
*Dig out footings as necessary by using a pick and shovel.
*Assist form setters in moving forms and lumber.
*Oil forms.
*Assist form setters in placing concrete.
*Cut, Grind & Demo Concrete
*Clean up project site.
*Operate tools with caution and care in a manner to obtain maximum usefulness and to extend the lifetime of the tools and/or equipment.
*Work in a safe, continuous, conscientious manner to produce a quality end product.
*Work additional hours of Overtime, if needed
*Out of town work throughout the week
*Willing to travel 250 mile radius of Farmington, MO (transportation provided)
*Reliable transportation to our shop

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to signal and handle equipment, stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders. Perform manual labor such as digging or shoveling. Move objects weighing up to 100 pounds regularly. Safely and efficiently operate and use associated tools and equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions, walking over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud

Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with residents.

Work including (but not limited to):
• Plumbing
• Preventative maintenance
• Appliance repair
• Painting and Drywall Repair
• Electrical
• Make-ready move-in
• Grounds cleanup
• Flooring replacement/repair
• Window replacement/repair
• Heavy Lifting
• Emergency on-call, if necessary

Will be responsible for handling resident maintenance requests and doing apartment make ready for new move-ins.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean background
• References
• 2+ years experience
• Pass Drug Test

Availability: Immediately
Compensation: Negotiable
