A bit of an underperforming day yesterday if the forecast was to be believed, but we had fun! Had a great lightning show before midday in the hills with some amazing booming thunder! ⛈️ Then it was the waiting game in Newell, SD. Caught up with friends for a couple of hours before we headed West. A cool funnel twisting and turning overhead from a new updraft was VERY cool to see! Hoping for a bit better today please mother nature 🙏🌪️

Photography nerds loving the rainbow! 😂🌈 Cool bonus chase day for the guests in Eastern Colorado. We had a big hail producing supercell that went over Denver that christened the cars 🫣 then another near Yuma that showed some signs of rotation, but the moisture is just lacking and just couldn't get going.

And that's a wrap on Tour 2! 😭 Some tough forecasts and very long drives, but the group were amazing and they loved ever...

And that's a wrap on Tour 2! 😭 Some tough forecasts and very long drives, but the group were amazing and they loved every minute of it! 10 out of 11 days chased, 4600 miles covered over 6 states!

We saw a couple of long lasting funnels, lots of spin ups and some decent structure at times along with some serious hail ☄️ The Mexican supercell was a beast, we just needed it 20 miles closer to the border to get a view of the dusty T behind the rain 😂🌪️

Shout out to lady at the Sabinal Inn for checking us in after all the power got taken out with 90mph winds 👌😂 🌬️
