So many things about Disney Cruise Line staterooms are thoughtfully designed to make family travel easier. Here’s what stood out to me:

🛏️ Housekeeping twice a day
This is not the cruise standard and what sets Disney Cruise Line apart. Your room is refreshed during the day and then you come back to turn-down service at night with a towel animal and chocolates waiting for you. It’s one of those little Disney touches the kids (and adults) love.

🧳 Storage EVERYWHERE
Under-the-bed storage, shelving, closet space… there are plenty of places to tuck away everyone’s stuff without feeling like you’re living out of your suitcase. Our room never felt crowded!

🚿 A split bathroom
This is a GAME CHANGER for families. Again, this sets Disney Cruises apart from other cruise lines. One person can shower while someone else is using the sink/toilet area. No waiting for the bathroom to free up!

The little details that are the standard, not the exception, are what I love about Disney Cruise Line. When you’re traveling with kids the little things make a BIG difference.

Instead of eating in the same restaurant every night, you rotate through different themed dining rooms throughout your cruise. BUT the best part? Your table number stays the same and your serving team rotates with you.

I just got back from a 3-night Bahamas getaway on the Disney Wish, and I’m officially convinced that Disney Cruise Line is one of the best ways for families to truly disconnect and reconnect.

If your family is looking for a vacation focused on quality time, making memories, and actually spending together, Disney Cruise Line is hard to beat.

I’m setting sail on the Disney Wish this weekend and taking a little time to unplug and enjoy some family time.
