TRAVELIN ON VIKING RIVER WITH CRUISE PLANNERS
Keep an Eye Out becasue 30 DAYS prior to your cruise, by regular mail you should be receiving a complimentary gift of luggage tags and 2 embarkation tags to on your luggage so Viking knows what stateroom they shpu;d take your luggage to.

Make sure Viking and Cruise Planners has your correct email that you can access your email while traveling.

Before the Viking part of your cruise, about 10 days prior, via email, you will receive your FINAL DOCUMENT which is a summary of your trip, please take this with you when traveling. At his time all changes to your My Viking Journey will stop.
by email you will receive the Viking emergency number for use ONLY while on your journey.

Before the Viking part of your cruise about 2 days prior you will receive in email, the Viking emergency number for use ONLY while on your journey. Please put thi number in your cell phone to have with you while traveling. You can upload the FINAL DOCUMENT and Phone number to your MYTRIPS to have as a backup.

Before you leave for the Airport, download the Viking Voyager app which only works on the ship as it will include Viking's Daily Newsletter letting you know what is happening on board the ship.

In addition to the above Cruise Planners will be sending you emails remining you to check-in, buy travel insurance etc. Please check youe email reguraly.

Travel Tip: Are you traveling internationally? If there is an emergency do you know what number to Dial? If you are in the USA of course you would dial 911 but the emergency numbers are different in each country. You should download the Emergency Call International app before you travel.
