193 South Lincoln Street is now complete and ready for its first guests to move in! Below features the newly furnished short term unit. It has been a bit longer of a process than initially anticipated, but I am thankful for every step of this process, as well as every person who has touched this home. Both units are ready for rent with the long term being $2,500 a month, and the short term being $3,500 a month. I look forward to the next project for Berg Realty, and can’t wait to make long lasting relationships with my future tenants.

193 South Lincoln Street is within a month of being move in ready! Some final touch ups to complete it and then it will be fully cleaned and ready for tenants. I could not be more happy with how it’s turning out and can’t wait to welcome its first visitors.
