My BDR bike is back in action with a new radiator and thermostat housing… now the fleet is all back together again 🥳 the 850 will be a great BDR bike as well once I put knobbies on it, for somebody taller than me anyway.

One of many new amazing rides nearby- the switchbacks of Highway 89A going into Sedona, red rock cliffs, so many great trails, and Native American dwelling sites!

Through snowstorms, dust storms, and death fog all so bad I couldn’t see the lane lines or other brake lights, pouring rain, wind, thousands of miles of driving, and several multi car pileups that I narrowly avoided… all the motorcycles are finally here in Flagstaff via several different trailers and trips. Ready to begin the next chapter and help riders explore the southwest!

I enjoyed some riding at the Backcountry Discovery Routes fundraiser ride last month and meeting some of those people you recognize from their videos on YouTube 🤩 as my new property in Flagstaff is only 5 miles from the AZBDR, I’m looking forward to becoming an industry supporter with my guest house and adventure bikes that fly and riders can rent!

Spring and fall are the best times to ride Alabama Hills, and they are also clear but cold and windy in the deep winter. When the heat cranks up, you can just hit higher elevations like the dirt road to historic mining town Cerro Gordo, or the twisty road to see the ancient bristlecone pine trees in the White Mountains!

It was an offroad orange bike kind of weekend. I did some of the steepest, loosest, rockiest hill climbs and descents in Otay that I've ever had the misfortune to encounter on the small bike and can't believe I made it out unscathed 😅 The road and trails look to be in good shape after the fire, which is great to see 🔥

Cheers to the squad for always being down to clown on my "can I do this trail on a big bike" expeditions 🍻 hero dirt on Grapevine Canyon after all the rain and snow changed our plan, which was originally to do trails near Idyllwild. The 790 ate it up! 🦈

It was a beautiful day in between rainstorms to do some maintenance! I got some mousses put in too, so I don't have to worry about flats!

Scouting Northern AZ trails for motorcycle tours with my co-pawlot and found some good trails and camp spots, as well as some deep sand trails that I wouldn't do on the big bikes!

Exhilarating desert 🏜️ day near Plaster City and Anza Borrego before it reaches 90 there later this week! 🥵 my poor worn knobbies kept bogging and getting stuck in the deep stuff. Time for new tires!
