Disney Destiny for a Family of 12! 🚢💙

A multigenerational family of 12 is officially sailing on the Disney Destiny in June 2027 for a 7-Night Eastern Caribbean adventure!

Their itinerary includes:
🏝 Disney Castaway Cay
🌺 Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point
🇩🇴 Puerto Plata
🇵🇷 San Juan

And they’ll be staying in 3 Deluxe Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandahs on Deck 11… my favorite deck!

But the Disney Destiny is part of the destination too. The ship is themed around Disney heroes and villains, with experiences like Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King, Disney Hercules, AquaMouse, Hero Zone, De Vil’s, and so much more. ✨

And with 12 people traveling together, the logistics matter.

People often think I just “book vacations”… and while that’s technically true… this week looked a little more like CONTROLLED CHAOS. 😂✨

Here’s a peek behind the scenes…

👑 Stayed up until MIDNIGHT five different nights securing Disney Cruise Line Royal Gathering reservations, onboard activities, and excursions for multiple families sailing next month and this fall, booking WDW Enchanted Extras (like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique)… then turned right around and was back up at 6:00 AM multiple mornings booking Walt Disney World dining reservations. (Coffee definitely earned its paycheck this week. ☕😂)

💰🚢 A new Royal Caribbean promotion dropped, so I immediately started reviewing bookings… and was able to save 5 families money on their upcoming cruises. Those are some of my favorite phone calls to make!

🚢 Booked 2 Disney Cruise Line staterooms so two families could join the rest of their family already sailing… because vacations are even better when shared with the whole family.

📝 Sent quotes that included:
• 5 Royal Caribbean cruise quotes
• 4 Disney Cruise Line quotes
• A last-minute Walt Disney World getaway

Today, one of my sweet client couples will begin an adventure we’ve been planning for months… and I honestly couldn’t be more excited for them.

They’re flying to beautiful Vancouver, where they’ll spend two nights exploring the city before boarding Ovation of the Seas for an unforgettable 7-night Alaskan cruise.

Their journey will take them to:

🧊 Hubbard Glacier

But here’s what makes this trip so special…

When the cruise ends, their adventure doesn’t.

Sometimes the best Disney vacations aren’t about doing everything… they’re about slowing down and enjoying the magic.

This sweet couple is headed to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn for 4 nights this September, intentionally choosing a time of year that’s known for lighter crowds and a more relaxed pace.

Here’s what we planned:
🏨 4 Nights at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn

📸 Memory Maker Photo Pass
✨ A full resort day to soak it all in

Their focus? EPCOT and Hollywood Studios… which makes BoardWalk Inn the perfect choice.

🚶‍♀️ Walk to EPCOT through the International Gateway.
🚤 Take a relaxing boat ride (or another easy walk) to Hollywood Studios.
🌅 Spend your evenings strolling the BoardWalk with live entertainment, delicious restaurants, and beautiful waterfront views.

Although they’ve visited Walt Disney World before, this will be their first time staying in the EPCOT Resort Area… and I couldn’t be more excited for them to experience it.

One of my favorite parts of planning vacations is helping my clients choose the right resort… not just a place to sleep. The right location can completely change the pace of your vacation, giving you more time to relax, explore, and truly enjoy every moment.

A wonderful family of 4 is headed to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge this October for 5 nights, 4 park days, Memory Maker Photo Pass, and an unforgettable stay in a Savanna View Room. 🦒🌿

Animal Kingdom Lodge is so much more than a resort… it’s an experience. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee while giraffes and zebras wander right outside your balcony. It’s one of those Disney moments you simply never forget.

But here’s something many people don’t realize…

When I book a vacation, my job doesn’t end when the confirmation email is sent.

For this family, I also submitted specific room location requests, including my preferred savanna based on the experience they’re hoping to have. While Disney never guarantees requests, I know which locations tend to offer some of the best wildlife viewing, and I always advocate for my clients.

I also made sure their celebration was noted on their reservation because every special moment deserves to be recognized.

These clients are headed to the gorgeous Helios Grand Hotel for 3 nights during Halloween Weekend 2027, and this itinerary is packed with thrills from start to finish!

🍹 The rooftop bar is one of the best places to unwind after a day in the parks, with incredible panoramic views.
✨ Spacious, upscale accommodations make it the perfect place to relax between all the excitement.

This itinerary is the perfect mix of thrills, luxury, and Halloween fun. From exploring the parks during the day to experiencing Halloween Horror Nights after dark… this is going to be one unforgettable vacation.
