The Bovard Lodge The Bovard Lodge is a perfect get away in the country, yet close to I 71. We are located in Switzerland County, IN along the Ohio River.

The Bovard Lodge is a rustic retreat for overnight, week-end, or weekly stays. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room with harvest table, new great room with fireplace, bathroom (shower only),laundry room, bedroom with a large walk-in closet, and a large loft bedroom.Sleeps 6-8 people. A large porch is across the front of the lodge and a deck on the back. Amenities include, gas gri

Our Story

The Bovard Lodge is a rustic retreat for overnight, week-end, or weekly stays. We are located at 12520 east st road 156, in Florence Indiana,1/2 mile east of the Markland Bridge and five minutes to I-71.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room with harvest table, new great room with fireplace, bathroom (shower only),laundry room. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a large walk-in closet. There is a large loft bedroom, with two beds. Sleeps 6-8 people. A large porch is across the front of the lodge, a “wagon wheel” porch next to the firepit, and a deck on the back. Amenities include, gas grill, fire pit with firewood, Smart tvs, wifi, board games, linens, bathroom supplies. There is plenty of parking area and a large yard for outdoor use and picnic area. If you have a large group, there is also another building that houses “The Bears Den” , which is a small bedroom and a bathroom.

We are apx. 40 minutes to the Ark and the Creation Museum, 5 minutes to Belterra Casino (with shuttle service), golf course, 5 minutes to Kentucky Speedway, 5 minutes to Vevay.

The rates are $150 Friday and Sat. nights, $125 Sunday-Thursday, and $500 per week.
