It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at The Love Shak! Winter is my favorite time to visit because it’s so cozy and warm inside but Florence does a great job of decorating for the holidays if I’m in the mood to go for a brisk evening walk around town.

I prayed all weekend that our guests would have a wonderful time just the two of them before adding a sweet bundle of joy to their lives in a few months! She sent me the sweetest text upon departure yesterday and it meant the world to me!

“Thank you for everything! It was such a sweet getaway for us and we appreciate your quick communication and amazing tips on restaurants/ groceries/golf/boating, etc !”

Hopefully they’ll come again and make memories with their little one when he arrives!

$100 cleaning fee

$250 refundable security/damage deposit. Refunded within 72 hours from checkout.

If paying by credit/debit card, there will be a processing fee based on required credit card company charges

No credit card processing charges to book through check/venmo/paypal

Payment expected in full if reservation is within 30 days. Reservation confirmed when money is received and rental agreement is signed.

50% of reservation rate is required if reservation is outside of 30 days.

No refunds for reservations within 30 days, however, we will reschedule for you based on availability.

ABSOLUTELY NO house parties or group events allowed without written permission from owners.

Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Please contact owner if more than 9 guests.

Government-issued photo identification may be required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional costs. Special requests are not guaranteed.

Must be 25 years of age to rent.
