Opening night of the 9th Annual Floyd Small Town Summer Event Series is NEXT Thursday, June 4th!

Get ready for a special evening featuring Hoppie Vaughan & The Ministers of Soul, with an opening set by Caitlin Krisko and The Broadcast - Acoustic Duo. Plus, stick around after the music for a showing of Zootopia 2!

This FREE, family-friendly event series, presented by Town of Floyd, VA, takes place every other Thursday from June 4 through August 27, 2026, at Warren G. Lineberry Memorial Park. Events begin at 6 pm.

Discover creativity across Floyd County during the 16th Annual Floyd Artisan Trail on June 20th and 21st. This free, self-guided tour invites visitors to explore open studios and galleries throughout the county while meeting the artists behind the work. This year’s Trail features 22 artisans across 16 locations, along with 7 Artful Adventure Partners helping create an even fuller experience.

Watch live demonstrations, shop for unique handmade pieces, and take part in hands-on workshops offered at select stops along the Trail. From pottery and painting to woodworking, fiber arts, and more, the Floyd Artisan Trail offers a unique opportunity to experience the creativity and craftsmanship that makes Floyd such a special place to visit.
