My birding community, I would love for you to help on assisting with the positive I.D. of these two birds. I originally posted that these were two Glossy Ibises, but with further investigations, I am leaning more towards White-faced Ibises. I would share why I am thinking that, but I feel that if do, it would load you with a pretense to agree. So please share your thoughts and inputs

The fall weather is doing wonderful things for the wildlife in the Mobile-Tensaw Delta!🍂

Last Tuesday, we spent 4 hours touring the winding rivers of the Delta. We saw lots of birds, including a great view of two gorgeous Glossy Ibises flaunting their colors🪶✨. There were lots of White Ibis, Bald Eagles🦅, Anhinga, Alligators galore 🐊 and many more species of birds!🌾

Fall is one of the best times to get out and adventure through this pristine ecosystem🍁🌳

Due to the current weather forecast, we have made the decision to cancel this Friday’s Lower Mobile-Tensaw Delta Birding & Nature Tour.

We’re disappointed to miss this opportunity to get out on the Delta during fall migration, but we’re looking forward to getting back on the water once conditions are safe!

We will announce the rescheduled date soon.

I recorded over 8” of rain here on Weeks Bay since last Friday. I wondered if the fishing would be good this morning🤔 They were hungry! And the river water was clear

The Bald Eagles have been numerous here at Weeks Bay. Now is a prime time to take a 3-hour tour of this beautiful estuary to witness all the Eagles that preparing there nest🪹 and reacquainting with there mates from being apart for the past 7 months!

Thought I might not get the chance to spend a day looking for Tripletail before the season ended. Yesterday though, my best friend and I made it happen! We were 3 for 6. What a great day out on Mobile Bay

The trout are still moving around in the bay, it took some slow fishing, but we provided a fine dinner🎣🍽️
