The Mermaid Room and The Pirate Room

The Mermaid Room and The Pirate Room 1 BR vacation rentals in our house in Folly Beach, SC. Private entrance, bath, porch, and deck. There is air conditioning, wi/fi, and TV with premium channels.

The rates for the 2021 season are as follows:

The Mermaid Room
$100/night Sun-Thurs nights
$125/night Friday and Saturday nights
(2 night minimum and Weekend nights must be booked together)

The Pirate Room
$125/night Sun-Thurs nights
$150/night Friday and Saturday nights
(2 night minimum and weekend nights must be booked together)

Holiday weekends are $150/night for Mermaid and $200/night for

Pirate. Fri, Sat, and Sun nights must be booked together on these weekends. Memorial Day Weekend
4th of July Week
Labor Day Weekend

Prices include all taxes and fees. Included in your stay are the use of two soft-top longboard surfboards, two boogie boards, two backpack beach chairs with built in coolers, and two beach towels. Rooms include a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, sugar, and creamer, daily bottled water, and all linens and towels are provided. The Mermaid Room is our downstairs one bedroom rental with a queen bed, private covered porch, and small open back deck. The Pirate Room is our upstairs one bedroom rental with a California King bed and large back deck.
*Note: Guests staying in The Pirate Room must be able to climb one flight of stairs. Both rooms have private entrances and outdoor showers, and are located 3 blocks from the beach and one block from Center Street.
