This month’s Employee Feature spotlights Charlotte Kirk, a valued team member supporting the PaperProof Contract at IDS. In her role, she conducts second-level case reviews, mentors investigators, supports field personnel, and assists with training and quality initiatives that help strengthen overall contract performance.
With four years at IDS and more than 20 years of experience in the personnel security and investigations industry, she brings extensive expertise in personnel security and investigative operations. Prior to joining IDS, she served in a variety of quality assurance, training, and reviewer roles across the industry.
One of her favorite aspects of working at IDS is the positive culture and collaborative environment. She especially values the daily interaction with investigators and team members and enjoys being part of a highly dedicated and professional group.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading mystery and crime fiction novels, attending theater performances, and spending time with family and friends.
IDS is fortunate to have Charlotte as part of the team.
