We’re a family-owned company specializing in Ceramic Coatings, Powder Coatings, Media Blasting, and more—and we’re growing!

Position: Full-Time Shop Technician
Location: Forest Lake, MN
Pay: $18–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
What You’ll Do:
• Prep and finish parts for coating
• Media blasting, polishing, and powder coating
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Be part of a hardworking, detail-focused crew

What We’re Looking For:
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
• No experience required—we’ll train you!
