One of my favorite things is when clients keep coming back to me to plan their Disney vacations.

These clients are Florida Residents and Annual Passholders, so the fact that they continue trusting me with their vacations really means a lot to me.

We scored such an incredible AP rate at Disney’s Bay Lake Tower in a 1 Bedroom Villa, and honestly, these rooms are amazing for families.

Not every anniversary vacation needs a passport ✨

When the K couple came to me wanting to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary, they knew a few things right away:
☀️ They wanted all-inclusive

With passports close to expiring, I knew we needed to pivot quickly and find something that still felt special and worthy of a milestone celebration.

This is a huge win for anyone staying at a Disney Skyliner resort. It’s an easy quick-service breakfast option that brings a little extra magic to your morning without the reservation stress.

You no longer have to book a character breakfast at The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom or wait for your next Disney Cruise Line sailing to enjoy that churro Mickey waffle magic. Cinnamon sweetness, golden crispy edges, and that soft, fluffy center that basically tastes like Disney wrapped it in a hug.

After just returning from Walt Disney World, this sweet family already knew they wanted to take advantage of the bounce back offer for their next vacation.

And because their son is obsessed with Cars, we immediately knew Disney’s Art of Animation Cars Family Suite would be the perfect fit for them 🚗

The challenge?
They want to travel in early 2027, but bounce back offers for those dates have not been released yet.

So instead of waiting and missing a HUGE discount, we created a strategic game plan now.

Their deposit has officially been placed using placeholder 2026 dates, allowing me to monitor future bounce back offers and availability closely. Once the 2027 offer is released, I’ll modify their reservation to one of their preferred travel dates.

This is one of those behind-the-scenes planning details most people never even realize exists, but it can make a huge difference when it comes to securing the right resort, timing, and savings for a Disney vacation.
