If you cruise with Carnival, you should be getting an email to opt into the new rewards program. Even if you don’t get the email you should login to your profile on the website and you will be able to opt in to keep your status when the new rewards program takes effect later this year. From my understanding if you do not opt in you will not keep whatever status you have. I am trying to get the information on what to do about kids who have status since they do not get emails or have a login. If you have any questions or need any help please let me know.

If you're a cruiser, specifically on Carnival, which is what I mostly book as a Travel Agent, and you don't you use a travel agent, why? What's your reason? Is it due to cost, ease of online booking, preference for self-booking, or lack of knowledge about the option of using a travel agent or that you think the agent can’t use your vifp deals that you get booking on your own or something else.

I am just curious I am just wanting to see what some of the reasons are. I know I see lots of post of my friends going on cruises and I am curious are you booking on your own on Carnivals website, using another agent (if so that’s awesome I am all for supporting other agents as we are all just small independent business owners mostly), booking on a different 3rd party site or something else?

I would love any feedback you have.
