WANDERLUST WEDNESDAY: Did I mention Milwaukee already this week? Situated on Lake Michigan, you can check out the Brew City Trail and subscribe to the Brewsletter, visit the Harley-Davidson Museum and iconic Milwaukee Art Museum, and attend one of the multiple events that give the city its reputation as The City of Festivals. TRAVEL TIP TUESDAY: You should travel to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where the baseball team, The Milwaukee Brewers, are about to play in the World Series against the Tampa Bay Rays. This is a team named for the b**r breweries that built this town. There will be tailgating. And the stadium roof opens in fine weather. It is a guaranteed good time.

TRAVEL TIP TUESDAY: Know when to call off the trip. This is tough, especially after all the planning and anticipation. But when you twist your back and get an eye infection, it's probably not a great idea to go camping in the wilderness. I'm content looking at photos (with my one good eye!) of the amazing flora in Costa Rica.

TRAVEL TIP TUESDAY: Never cancel the tour because of the weather. In spite of torrential rains in Costa Rica, we decided to keep our date with the hanging bridges in the rain forest. Look what we would have missed! Travel Tip Bonus: Always hire a local guide... especially in the jungle.
