A mural is being painted on Benton Pharmacy in Fort Benton honoring the 1904 World's Fair Champion girls basketball team from the Fort Shaw Indian School.

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Join us for an evening of Cowboy Music and Authentic Storytelling with Philip Page. Friday, April 17, 2026, 7:00 PM, at the Montana Agricultural Center, 1205 20th Stree. Free & open to the public

Through music and stories, Philip Page brings Montana’s early history to life—exploring the people, places, and events that shaped the Montana Territory. From the days following the Lewis and Clark Expedition to early settlers, livestock trails, gold strikes at Bannock and Alder Gulch, and the preservation of Western history by legends like Charley Russell and L.A. Huffman, this program offers a meaningful look at our shared heritage.

A singer, songwriter, working cowboy, and saddle maker based in Dillon, Montana, Philip Page has performed at the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering in Elko, Nevada, taught horsemanship clinics for over 35 years, and continues his work through Page Saddlery and Page Livestock.

This presentation is made possible through funding from Humanities Montana and private donations.

Bring a friend and enjoy an inspiring night of music, history, and Montana storytelling!
