MAKEUP TRIP...AND AN EPIC ONE! Cherielle brought her fam fishing in early August when, of course, the perfect storm ended their trip early. We offered a return trip for this crew and anyone else she wanted to invite as we fully understand the frustration of not being able to fish when you want to! She offered her son Nash options as to what he wanted to do for his high school graduation present. Nash said, let's go fishing again and take Pikes Peak Fishing Charters up on their offer! They returned from Kansas and absolutely crushed this day on the ice. There were multiple trout caught over 20" which included several brown trout, cutbow trout, and rainbow trout. Oh wait, then we had a late afternoon Tiger Muskie caught! The day continued to get better...for the second to last fish of the day, Nash got back on the rod after selflessly giving it to others throughout the day and pulled in the trophy trout of the day! Nash landed a 25.5 inch brown trout! He fought this beast like a trained fishing savage and concluded the memorable moment for this team of fishing ninjas!
It was great having you back and meeting your new family friends! Thank you guys for your help getting back today! This group insisted on helping their guides close up shop and haul all the weight back to the parking lot...they only saved us like 2 hours!!! Thanks again crew you were a lot of hard working good people and Cori, Trout, and I appreciated all the goodness you brought today!
