We ended the day with a wine tasting unlike any other 🍷✨
Through a series of tastings, we were taken on a journey through the history and evolution of wine, with each wine paired alongside some of the region’s most iconic local delicacies: fuet, olives stuffed with real anchovies, blue cheese, and a very special sweet pairing of fuet and quince. 🧀🫒🥂

Today started with a very special visit to a traditional pottery workshop in the Empordà region 🎨✨
David, the local potter, showed us techniques that have been passed down through generations, sharing the art of shaping and working with clay. And of course, one of our guests had the chance to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty too! 🏺🙌😄”

Day 3 ✨🚴‍♂️
A fantastic day on the bike with great weather from start to finish. We wrapped up the day with a truly unique experience: an olive oil tasting, followed by a fun challenge where everyone had to match each oil to the correct bottle. 🫒🍞😄

Day 2 of our Costa Brava tour 🚴‍♂️☀️🌊
With the weather on our side, we left Girona and climbed the famous Sant Grau pass, a favorite training route for many professional cyclists. From there, we descended toward the Mediterranean and followed the stunning coastline all the way to Sant Feliu, where we spent the night just steps from the beach. ✨”
