At Santa's Workshop at the Great Place (Fort Cavazos), the parents browse our well-stocked shelves to make the most appropriate selections of brand new toys, games and books for their children. This past year we helped over 3,400 children to enjoy a happier holiday.

Santa's Workshop is still looking for a couple of dedicated volunteers to help us prepare for another successful season serving military families.

We currently have openings for:

💰 Treasurer
Manage finances and budgets
Track income and expenses
Provide financial reports to the Board

📦 Inventory Co-Chair
Help organize and track donated toys and inventory
Assist with inventory counts and distribution planning
Work closely with our Toy Buyers

These are great opportunities to make a meaningful impact in our community while working alongside an incredible group of volunteers.

Santa’s Workshop is looking for 24 special families to help spread Christmas cheer all summer long!

We recently adopted TWENTY-FOUR adorable Christmas Squishes, and they are ready to join families on summer adventures throughout our community. 🧸✨

Selected families will receive:
🎁 One Christmas Squish to keep
📸 Opportunities to share photos and stories of their squish joining YOUR family’s summer activities and adventures
🎄 Chances to be featured on the Santa’s Workshop social media pages throughout the summer

Think:

🎄✨ The first meeting of the 2026 Santa’s Workshop season is officially in the books! ✨🎄

Our new board is excited to begin planning for another wonderful season serving military families in our community.

🌟 Santa’s Workshop is Seeking a Treasurer 🌟

Our new board is officially stepping into the 2026 season, and we are excited for all that’s ahead. At this time, we are still looking for one special volunteer to fill the role of Treasurer.

This is a vital position that helps ensure Santa’s Workshop can continue serving military families each holiday season with care, transparency, and strong stewardship.

If you are organized, comfortable with budgeting, and tracking expenses, we would love to connect with you.
