The guest doesn’t see departments.
They feel friction.

• Waiting too long for a drink 🍸
• Standing in line at check-in 🛎️
• A host who’s too busy to engage 🎲
• A machine out of order for hours ⚙️
• A valet experience that starts the night off wrong 🚗

None of these seem major on their own.
But together?

They define the entire experience.

And here’s the real issue…

👉 Most departments operate in silos
👉 The guest experiences ONE brand

The difference between a good casino and a great one is simple:

Great operators obsess over every touchpoint — not just their own.

So here’s the question for every leader in the building:

Where is your guest feeling friction right now… and what are you doing about it?
