Competitive Weekly Pay Schedule: Average Rep makes $700 - $1,500 weekly. Experienced Closers can earn up to $2500 per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient PC
Skill to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to handle a high stress environment
Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
Customer Service 1 year (Preferred)
Criminal Background Check (Mandatory)

2FN Travel is a rapidly growing travel company with our newest office in Fort Lauderdale. Founded in 2001, we have grown to become a leader in vacations. We have a fun environment and opportunity for growth within the company.

In order to keep up with our growth, we have an opening for our reservations and recruiting.

This position requires a well-organized, disciplined and dependable individual with strong computer skills who will thrive in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment. Must have excellent communication skills as they will be dealing with both customers and other employees. The primary responsibilities of this position will be handling customer reservations. CSR will also be responsible for general bookkeeping and administrative duties including but not limited to data entry of sales orders, generating and reconciling reports, filing, customer service, supporting our sales team, and working with management to create an efficient smooth running office environment. Must be able to build report with customers and resorts.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday 9am until 6pm and some weekends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be able to work both quickly and accurately, and enjoy staying busy all day long doing detail-oriented work.

BILINGUAL ENGLISH-SPANISH A PLUS

Excellent phone skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to multi-task, outstanding organizational skills, and competence with basic math. A Two-year degree is required and a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
