Down to her thoughtful selection of cabins and ensuring we were on the side of the ship that had the best glacier views—to her recommendation of dining knowing that we were a “foodie” group! We ended up being a group of 16 and Janice even hosted monthly group Zoom calls with all of us to get us ready for the trip… what to pack, excursions to pick, what not to miss on port days!
